Green Week Quest

From April 20-26, you can complete the Green Week Quest to enter to win great prizes! By completing the Quest, you will enter your name in a raffle to win a gift card to Square Books, Chicory Market, or Oxford Creamery! To learn more, read the Quest participation details below. 

The events and activities for Green Week have been separated into three categories: Online Webinars, Social Media Promotion, and Individual Actions. To participate in the Quest, an individual must perform four different actions, including participation in at least two different categories overall. Upon completion, the individual must notify our office by emailing green@olemiss.edu  or posting the Quest card and tagging @olemissgreen, and detail which 4 actions were completed. There is only one entry allowed per person. Winners of the raffle will be notified the following week.

Actions Required for Each Category

• Online Webinars
  • Attend any of the online webinars outlined in our Green Week 2020 events page – please note that some webinars require registration
  • Take a picture of your screen during the webinar, then send an email to green@olemiss.edu including the picture or post the picture on your Insta story and tag @olemissgreen
• Social Media Promotions
  • Repost at least one of our 5 Decades of Earth Day posts and tag @olemissgreen
  • Complete one of our shareable Instagram stories and tag two people and @olemissgreen 
• Individual Actions
  • Complete actions and take pictures to document
  • Either email the picture with a small description to green@olemiss.edu or post the picture on your Instagram story and tag @olemissgreen to enter to win the prizes!
